Contract
Where processing is necessary to provide the service you have requested, such as purchasing an entry or administering a subscription.
Legal Obligation
Where we need to process information to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement.
Legitimate Interests
Where processing is reasonably necessary for the operation, security and improvement of National 50:50 and those interests do not override your rights and freedoms.

Where we rely upon consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
6. Participating Foundations and Good Causes
National 50:50 works with sports foundations, charities, community organisations and other participating good causes.
When you select an organisation to support, we record that selection so the appropriate fundraising allocation can be administered.
We will not automatically provide Participating Foundations with your personal information for their own marketing purposes simply because you have selected them as your chosen good cause.
Where you are separately offered the opportunity to hear from a Participating Foundation, any required marketing consent will be clearly requested.
7. Marketing Communications
Purchasing a National 50:50 entry does not automatically mean you have agreed to receive marketing communications.
Where required, we will ask separately whether you would like to receive information about:

- future draws;
- fundraising activities;
- Participating Foundations;
- promotions; or
- other relevant National 50:50 services.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility included in our messages or by contacting us.
Service communications necessary to administer an entry, subscription, account or prize are not marketing communications and may still be sent where necessary.
