FREE POSTAL ENTRY

National 50:50 CIC (“National 50:50”) offers an alternative free method of entering the National 50:50 Prize Draw. No purchase is necessary to enter by this method.

The free postal entry route provides entrants with the same opportunity to win as a paid entry. A valid postal entry will be treated as one entry into the specified National 50:50 Prize Draw.

To enter by post, you must write clearly or type the following information on a blank sheet of paper or postcard:

• Your full legal name
• Your residential address. PO Box addresses are not accepted
• City or town
• Postcode
• Telephone number, optional
• Email address
• The National 50:50 Prize Draw you wish to enter

Each National 50:50 Prize Draw will be identified by a unique Draw Number corresponding to the calendar week in which the draw takes place.

For example:

National 50:50 Draw No. 35

The information must be written clearly or typed in a legible typeface. Entries that cannot reasonably be read or verified may be treated as invalid.

Please send your completed entry in an envelope or on a postcard by either first or second-class post to:

The postal entry address will subsequently be updated to the address of the appointed postal-entry scrutineer.

Entry Requirements

Each postcard or envelope received will constitute one entry into the National 50:50 Prize Draw identified on the entry.

There is no purchase requirement for postal entries.

There is no limit to the number of postal entries that an individual may submit, provided that each entry is submitted separately and complies with these Free Entry Terms.

Each postal entry must identify the specific National 50:50 Prize Draw that the entrant wishes to enter.

Age Restriction

The National 50:50 Prize Draw is open to persons aged 18 years or over only.

You must be aged 18 or over at the time you enter the Prize Draw.

By submitting a paid or free postal entry, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

National 50:50 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a selected entrant is unable to provide satisfactory proof that they were aged 18 or over at the time of entry, their entry may be deemed invalid and the prize may be awarded to another eligible entrant in accordance with the applicable Prize Draw Rules.

Entries made on behalf of another person, or by persons under the age of 18, are not permitted.

The age requirement applies equally to paid entries and free postal entries.

Postal Entry Deadline

Postal entries must be received at the postal entry address by 5:00pm on the closing date for postal entries for the relevant Prize Draw.

The postal closing date and the relevant Draw Number will be stated in the applicable Prize Draw rules.

Entries received after the relevant postal deadline will not be eligible for that Prize Draw.

The online entry period may close at a different time. Online entries will close at the date and time specified in the applicable Prize Draw rules.

Equal Treatment of Entries

A valid postal entry will be treated in the same way as one paid entry for the purposes of the Prize Draw.

Each valid postal entry will have the same chance of winning as one paid entry.

Postal entries will be included in the same draw and subject to the same winner selection process as paid entries.

If a postal entry is selected as the winning entry, the winner will not be required to make any purchase or payment in order to claim or receive the prize.

Invalid Entries

An entry may be deemed invalid if:

The required information has not been provided.
The information cannot reasonably be read or verified.
The entry does not clearly identify the relevant National 50:50 Prize Draw.
The entry is received after the applicable postal deadline.
The entry does not comply with these Free Entry Terms or the applicable Prize Draw rules.

National 50:50 is not required to notify entrants if a postal entry is deemed invalid.

By submitting a postal entry, you confirm that you have read and accepted the National 50:50 Terms and Conditions, Official Rules, applicable Prize Draw Rules, Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

These terms apply equally to entrants using the free postal entry route.
